Quote processed, then e-mail to the Customer and uploaded to Visibility (2D Plan, List, 3D and Quote)

Order placed on Visibility by Customer

Order processed by Premiere within 48hrs

E-mail Order acknowledgement sent to customer with confirmed delivery date (also able to view on Visibility)

Premiere manufactures kitchen in line with customers order (Made to order)

Customer contacted day before delivery with ETA for delivery

Delivery schedule issued to customer day before delivery

Customer contacted 1hr before delivery by driver

Kitchen delivered by Premiere and Customer issued with POD (Proof of Delivery)

Customer invoiced for Kitchen
