Sentinel - working with Premiere for over 10 years

Sentinel is a not-for-profit landlord, where any surplus from the £60m a year turnover is reinvested back into neighborhoods, such as on more upgrades of existing homes, regenerating outdated estates, or building more homes.
Premiere has been working with Sentinel for over 10 years – a partnership based on providing quality products with excellent service.

Sentinel Housing Association needed a partner for a kitchen refurbishment scheme to provide some 400-600 kitchens per year in the Hampshire area, over the next 3 years. Premiere was invited to submit their offer in the tender process. While Sentinel was of course familiar with Premiere’s offer, an unbiased and detailed tender process was undertaken to ensure fair supplier selection and the best use of the budget allowed.

Premiere was very pleased to be awarded the contract, which was based on the ability to provide a superior product, along with design, delivery, and supporting customer service to deliver a seamless, hassle-free solution.

The ranges we could offer the customers reflected both traditional and modern designs and the finished product was of the highest standard. We also have guaranteed regular deliveries, which has meant we can reduce the time it takes to replace kitchens in our homes.

Visibility (Premiere’s innovative online ordering system) has been a great piece of added value and helps us monitor the program, access plans, and download colour usage reports at a click of a button.
