Notting Hill new housing development

Premiere is currently working with partners to supply kitchens for exciting new housing development in Notting Hill, London.

The residential development will be located on the current site of the Civic Centre which the Council have identified as an inefficient building that could better be used to address the housing shortage.

The Lampton Road and Civic Centre project is a partnership between Notting Hill Genesis and Bouygues Development to build 919 new homes.

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is a leading London housing association, offering affordable housing to a diverse range of customers and any money made from selling homes is reinvested back into the business.

The first phase of the project began in December 2016 and will provide 160 affordable homes, a mix of Shared Ownership and affordable rent.

The team at Premiere are working closely with the main contractor, Bouygues Group, which is a global player in construction and services.

Following the initial design consultation and a site visit to establish full site information, detailed plot-by-plot designs have been produced to ensure that kitchens are manufactured to precise guidelines.

Upon design sign-off, a programme of works was agreed, with pricing, and scheduling of activity was planned.

The manufacture and delivery of kitchens were carefully planned and staggered to meet the site development phasing and readiness.
